The Tiny Villas
Your “Tiny Villa” was thoughtfully designed to be spacious without taking up too much space. It’s outfitted with all the amenities of a hotel suite but feels much roomier with 15 foot ceilings and a split level format.
The restoration of a lifetime
When we said we are bring Cartagena to the islands, we really meant it. Most of our doors and windows are actually restored from the 100+ year old historical Teatro Colon.
Room for 4!
All of our villas are outfitted with two double beds on each level allowing our guest to comfortably sleep four.
PRACTICALLY accommodating
Our bathrooms are also designed to use space as efficient as possible. Our showers, toilets and sinks are in independent spaces, allowing up to 3 people to be using bathroom facilities at the same time without interruption.
Private Patio
Each villa comes with a large 10ft x 10ft outdoor patio space that is perfect for reading a book in the morning or comfortably hanging out with friends at night.
Living Room
Our “Tiny Villas” are not just your typical hotel room. Using tiny house design principles, we’ve created a villas with a fully functional living room.
Bedroom Loft
Our bedroom loft allows us to have a split level design which results in two distinct spaces. The main bedroom is removed from the rest of the space on the first floor.
Customized Art
A large part of our tiny villa design is the our concept of life sized custom wall mural, one of the staples of Cartagena’s art culture. Each mural depicts distinct themes of Cartagena life and the city.
15 ft. Ceilings
15 foot ceilings help make our villas feel amplified, and spacious, while allowing for amazing airflow to keep our villas naturally cool.
Storage? Check!
Just because you are in a “Tiny Villa” doesn’t mean you have to compromise on space. Our closets and drawers give you ample space to store your item.
